1 handful triple washed and chilled arugula (sometimes called "rocket"
1 cup coconut water (chilled)
1 apple slice
The coconut water and arugula have to be well chilled. Blend in a blender (leaving the juicer for the afternoon), pour and either guzzle or sip, depending on time.
I have noticed a drop in blood pressure to normal on most of the days I do this. The coconut water is 70 calories and all the chlorophyll makes me smell good.
